These Terms of Service govern your use of the Agencies360 website and of the services we provide in connecting businesses with independent, experienced 360° photographers. By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our role

Agencies360 acts as an intermediary that matches businesses seeking 360° virtual tours with independent, experienced photographers in our network, most of whom are certified by Google. Photography services are performed by independent photographers; Agencies360 coordinates the request, sets shared quality standards and supports editing and quality control together with the photographers. The finished tours are published by the photographers.

2. Use of the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or copy or extract its content by automated means. Access to the photographer directory is protected by a password; this password is confidential and may not be passed on to third parties.

3. Quotes and bookings

Quotes provided through our website are estimates based on the information you provide and are confirmed in writing before a shoot is scheduled. Final pricing may vary if the scope of the shoot changes on site.

4. Photographer network

Photographers who join our network are independent contractors, not employees of Agencies360. We review applications and generally expect a Google Street View certification or comparable professional experience, but we do not guarantee the availability of any specific photographer for any specific project.

5. Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel a confirmed shoot by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover the photographer’s reserved time.

6. Special promotions and contact by partner photographers

We may offer special promotions through dedicated online forms. The scope, price, eligibility and duration of a special promotion are those stated in the respective offer.

When you submit a special-promotion form, Agencies360 forwards your request and contact details to a partner photographer from our partner list. The partner photographer contacts you by email, telephone (including AI-based telephone assistance) or SMS to prepare your quote. This forwarding is necessary to process your request.

In addition, you may choose in the form to be informed about further offers from Agencies360 and its partners by email, telephone or SMS. This consent is voluntary; your request is processed even if you do not give it.

You may withdraw your consent to further offers at any time with effect for the future, by contacting us at hello@agencies360.com or by using the unsubscribe option included in our messages. The withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of any contact made before it. More information about how we process your personal information is available in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including texts, graphics and logos, is protected by copyright and belongs to Agencies360 or its licensors. Once your invoice is settled, you receive a licence to use the delivered tour and images for your business’s marketing purposes. Agencies360 and the assigned photographer retain the right to use anonymized or client-approved samples in their own portfolios.

8. Website content and links

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information and may change without notice. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Agencies360’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under the Québec Consumer Protection Act or other laws that cannot be excluded by contract.

10. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Subject to any mandatory rights of consumers, the courts of the judicial district of Montréal have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your request applies.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
