These Terms of Service govern your use of the Agencies360 website and the services we provide in connecting businesses with independent, certified 360° photographers. By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our role

Agencies360 acts as an intermediary that matches businesses seeking 360° virtual tours with independent, certified photographers in our network. Photography services are performed by independent photographers; Agencies360 coordinates the request, sets shared quality standards, and manages the central editing and publishing workflow.

2. Quotes and bookings

Quotes provided through our website are estimates based on the information you provide and are confirmed in writing before a shoot is scheduled. Final pricing may vary if the scope of the shoot changes on-site.

3. Photographer network

Photographers who join our network are independent contractors, not employees of Agencies360. We review applications and require a valid photography certification, but we do not guarantee the availability of any specific photographer for any specific project.

4. Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel a confirmed shoot by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover the photographer’s reserved time.

5. Intellectual property

Once your invoice is settled, you receive a licence to use the delivered tour and images for your business’s marketing purposes. Agencies360 and the assigned photographer retain the right to use anonymized or client-approved samples in our own portfolio.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Agencies360’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
